Mohammad Reza Moradi, 45, a member of the board of directors of the Sanandaj-Kalatarzan branch of the Kurdistan Teachers' Union, was arrested by security forces at 9 pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
An informed source told the Hangaw reporter: "Security forces have arrested Mohammad Reza Moradi, the teacher of the Education Department, in front of his house without presenting any judicial documents."
The source further stated that besides detaining Mohammad Reza Moradi, security forces searched his house and confiscated his and his wife's mobile phones.
As of this writing, no exact information is available on the reasons for the arrest and the charges against this member of the board of the Kurdistan Teachers' Union.
