A supplementary report on the tragic execution of a 72-year-old prisoner in Sanandaj prison after 14 years of imprisonment

On Wednesday, July 27, 2022, the death sentences of a woman and a man were executed in Sanandaj Central Prison. According to detailed information received by Hengaw, Abdollah Rahimi from Dehgolan was 72 years old.
 

According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Abdollah Rahimi was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran 14 years ago on charges of premeditated murder.
 
It is worth mentioning that Abdollah Rahimi spent 14 years of his life in prison and they finally ended his life at the age of 72 with execution.
 
At the same time, the death sentence of a 33-year-old woman identified as Soheila Abedi from Bijar, who was also sentenced to death on charges of premeditated murder, was executed in Sanandaj Central Prison.
