Sina Minaei, 20, a young man from the village of Savja in Oshnavyeh (Shnu), who was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment by the judicial system, was arrested after being summoned to the Enforcement of Sentences of Oshnavyeh and was transferred to Naqadeh Central Prison to serve his sentence.
Hengaw had previously reported that Sina Minaei was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment and 3 years of suspended imprisonment by the Oshnavyeh Revolutionary and Public Court (Shno) headed by Judge Mehdi Rezaei on charges of cooperation with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (PDKI).
Sina (Karim) Minaei was arrested on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, along with another citizen identified as Abdollah Yousefi in one of the streets of Oshnoye by the Intelligence forces, and after a month of detention, he was temporarily released with a bail of 300 million tomans.
It should be noted that during his detention, he was deprived of the right to access a lawyer and also family visits.
