Amir Hossein Basati, a 15-year-old, was slain during the protests on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, in Kermanshah by direct fire from anti-riot forces.
According to reports received by Hengaw, Amir Hossein Basati's body was given to his family after nine days under tight security and his burial ceremony was held the same day in the Darkhur cemetery in Hussein Abad.
Hengaw was told by one of Basati's relatives that the family had been clueless about their son's fate for eight days. Eventually, they learned from a contact that their son's body was kept in the morgue at Talqani Hospital.
On September 21, 2022, Amir Hossein Basati was shot in the chest by anti-riot forces in Kermanshah during demonstrations, Hengaw's sources state this.
During the same night's protests, two more people Mino Majidi and Reza Shahparnia were slain by the anti-riot forces.
