Gulala Watandoost, a renowned lawyer and women’s rights activist in Marivan, was arrested by the Iranian security forces and taken to an unknown place.
According to the report received by the Hengaw human rights organization, Gulala Watandoost was arrested by the Iranian security forces on Monday, October 3, 2022, in Sanandaj and so far there is no information about her fate and whereabouts.
It must be noted that Gulala Watandoost has been summoned, interrogated, and threatened many times by Iranian security agencies in recent years.
She as a Lawyer and Women’s rights has been active in the field for years and has published material on this matter.
