More than 40 days have passed since Nima Soltani, a student from Baneh, was arrested and kidnapped by Iranian security forces, and there is still no information about his fate.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, there is still no information about the condition of Nima Soltani (Zhakaw), a student at Tehran University of Arts who was kidnapped by Iranian security forces on Thursday, September 22, 2022.

Hengaw has been informed that this student was transferred to Evin prison, and his family's follow-ups have been left unanswered by the Iranian authorities and intelligence agencies.

The history of the Iranian Islamic Republic's repressive institutions, including torture, forced confessions, and the disappearance of citizens, has raised concerns about the situation of the arrested and kidnapped protesters of the current uprising.
