Following the government forces' armed attack on the demonstrators in Bukan over the past two days, Salar Mojaver, Asad Rahimi, Mohammad Hassanzadeh, and Saman Qadirbaygi were murdered.
The Hengaw Organization was informed that Salar Mojaver and Asad Rahimi, both 30 years old, died on the evening of Wednesday, November 16, 2022, as a result of being shot by the IRI repressive forces in the Bukan popular resistance.
In addition, 28-year-old Mohammad Hasanzadeh was murdered by a knife attack by IRI forces on his chest and heart while attempting to free a woman who had been kidnapped by those forces in the Qazi Garden of Bukan City.
On the other hand, Saman Qadirbaygi was killed by government repressive forces firing directly at him during the protests on Wednesday, November 15, in the Bukan's Mirzaei Nighberhood. According to an informed source, the IRI forces stole Saman's body, transported it to Urmia, and then put pressure on his family to claim suicide as the cause of his death. Saman was married and the father of two children.
Hengaw was informed that Saman Qadirbaygi and Mohammad Hassanzadeh had both previously been wounded by government forces' direct fire during the Bukan popular resistances.
Hengaw adds that under the current circumstances, the disarmament of the armed forces of the government by the people fully complies with the legal requirements of the right to life and legitimate defense.
