The Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan sentenced Sohayla Motaei, a resident of Dehgolan who had been detained twice in the preceding two months, to a total of 60 months in jail on security-related charges.

Sohayla Motaei was sentenced to 18 months in prison for charges of disturbing public order, 15 months in prison for propaganda activity against the regime, 13 months in prison for disturbing public order, 5 months in prison for disobeying the officers, and 9 months in prison for propaganda in favor of the parties and opposition to the regime, according to the report that the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights received. She received her accusations in a brief video conference that lasted only a few minutes.

The punitive punishment of 18 months' imprisonment for this female activist will be imposed, according to the decision issued by the Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan and the Consolidation of Sentences Law.

The reports state that the citizen's family and those who check on her status have not received a copy of the court's decision and have only been told its contents verbally.

This citizen was taken into custody by IRI security forces on Saturday, November 12, for the second time in the previous two months, and she is still being held.

Additionally, Soheila Moatai was detained by government forces on Saturday, October 1, and on October 17, she was temporarily released on a 400 million toman bail.

This citizen has never had access to a lawyer or visitation with his family throughout any of the two detention periods.
