Adel Hosaini, a Kermanshah-based media activist, was taken hostage by Iranian government forces and taken somewhere unidentified.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, around noon on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, government forces stormed the home of Adel Hosaini, a well-known activist in Kermanshah, and kidnapped him.

According to eyewitnesses, the number of government forces involved in attacking the private house of this citizen and kidnapping him was more than 20 people. Hengaw has been informed that these forces have confiscated his mobile phone and laptop while searching the house.

Despite the follow-ups, no detailed information has been made available about Adel Hosaini's health condition and fate after his abduction by government forces.
