Mukhtar Sadeghi, a Kurdish citizen from Paveh and a former political prisoner after temporary release on parole, has been sentenced to 6 months in prison by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Mukhtar Sadeghi has been sentenced to six months in prison by the second branch of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah, headed by Masoud Nouri.
This citizen was arrested on Sunday, October 2, 2022, during the protests in Paveh by the forces of the Iranian Intelligence Department in Kermanshah, and after 10 days of detention, he was temporarily released on bail of 500 million tomans (12,500 USD) until the completion of the proceedings.
It should be noted that Mukhtar Sadeghi was arrested in 2008 on charges of political activity and was released from prison after serving one year of imprisonment.
