Two people were abducted in Marivan by Iranian security forces

The Iranian security forces abducted Hawre Qadri and Sasan Kuhi, the citizens of Marivan, in the past week.

According to the reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Iranian government forces abducted Hawre Qadri, a 22-year-old citizen from Marivan, in front of his house on January 2, 2023.

Also, on January 1, 2023, those forces abducted a 19-year-old citizen from Mairvan named Sasan Kuhi.

According to an informed source, following their abduction, these two citizens were sent to undisclosed locations by the security forces. No more information has been made public by the Iranian authorities.

It should be mentioned that, regarding the follow-ups by the families of these two detainees, authorities didn't provide any information about their fate and whereabouts.
