A citizen named Masoud Vafaei, a retired teacher from Sanandaj was kidnapped by government forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on February 15, 2023, Masoud Vafaei, a citizen of Sanandaj, was kidnapped by Iranian government forces.
According to an informed source, this citizen previously was a physics teacher at one of the schools in Sanandaj and is currently in retirement.
No information about Mr. Vafaei's fate or whereabouts has been made public as of the time this report was being written, despite the family and relatives follow-ups.
