Sina Kaki, a Kurt dish citizen from Kermanshah (Kermashan), who was previously arrested by the Iranian government forces during the protests in this city, was sentenced by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in this city to prison, banned from leaving the country and exclusion from membership of organizations.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Sina Kaki, from Kermanshah, was sentenced to seven months in prison by the fourth branch of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in this city for the charge of "propaganda activity against the Islamic Republic system", as well as the additional punishment of being banned from leaving the country and being banned from membership in organizations for 2 years.
Sina Kaki was arrested on Monday, November 21, 2022, during the funeral ceremony of Sina Naderi, one of the killed citizens of the protests, in the "Deredrij" neighborhood of Kermanshah and was transferred to Dieselabad prison.
He was released conditionally on Saturday, November 26, 2022, last year, with a bail of 400 million tomans( 10,000 USD), and on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, he was arrested by the Iranian government forces for the second time during the protests in Kermanshah.
