Siavash Hayati, the spokesperson of the Yarasan Civil Activists Consultative Assembly and Secretary of the United Kurdish Front, was detained and transferred to Dizelabad Prison (Kermashan) in Kermanshah to serve his recent prison sentence.
 
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, May 13, 2023, after being detained in the first branch of the execution of criminal sentences of the General and Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor Office in Islamabad-e-Gharb (Shabad), he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and transferred to Dieselabad prison in Kermanshah.

Earlier, Siavash Hayati was sentenced to one year in prison by Branch 5 of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Islamabad-e-Gharb on the charge of "propaganda activity against the regime through interviews with hostile television and media". He was acquitted of the charge of "inciting people to kill and war with the intention of disrupting the security of the country" due to the lack of proof.
 
On Wednesday, November 30, 2022, Siavash Hayati was detained by the Iranian government forces on the Kermanshah-Sahneh road and was released from Dizelabad prison in Kermanshah after posting bail after 33 days of detention.
 
Prior to that, he was arrested on Friday, September 23, 2022, in the village of "Vargemeh" in Dalaho County, and finally, on Saturday, October 8, 2022, he was released from Dizalabad prison with a posting of suretyship.
