Government forces in Sanandaj have apprehended and subsequently relocated two individuals, namely Taha Karimi and Mokhtar Sharifi, The exact location to which they have been transferred remains undisclosed.
As per a report received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Mokhtar Sharifi, from Salyan village in Sanandaj county, was detained by government forces in the village on Monday, July 10th, 2023.
Moreover, Taha Karimi, aged 42, was arrested at his workplace in Sanandaj by government forces on the prior day, Sunday, July 9th.
It is worth noting that the arrests of these two individuals were executed without the presentation of any legal documentation by the government forces.
As of the time of this publication, the precise motives underlying the arrests, as well as the specific charges leveled against Taha Karimi and Mokhtar Sharifi, remain undisclosed.
