LaliKhan Niknia, a Kurdish female from Urmia, has been apprehended and relocated to an undisclosed facility by government forces.
 

According to a report obtained by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, July 15th, 2023, LaliKhan Niknia, hailing from the village of "Heki" in the Tergawar region of Urmia, was detained by government forces.
 

The arrest of this individual took place without the presentation of any judicial warrant, as government forces conducted a raid on her place of residence. LaliKhan Niknia stands accused of allegedly engaging in "collaboration with Kurdish opposition parties against the Islamic Republic."
