Ali Golmohammadi, one of the detainees of the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi" revolutionary movement in Bukan, was apprehended and moved to the city’s central prison to serve a 32-month sentence imposed by the judicial system.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Monday, July 31, 2023, Ali Golmohammadi, a citizen of Bukan, was arrested and transferred to the central prison of the city after being summoned to the Judiciary Branch in order to execute his 32-month imprisonment sentence.
In May of this year (2023), Ali Golmohammadi was sentenced to 32 months in prison by the 101st branch of the Bukan Criminal Court on charges of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties" and "participation in protests".
This citizen was arrested by government authorities on Sunday, January 15, 2023.
Finally, on February 16, 2023, he was temporarily released from prison on a bail of 300 million tomans until the completion of the proceedings.
