Two Sunni clerics, Maulvi Abdullah Barahui and Safiullah Sharif, have been arrested by Iranian government forces in Khash City, Sistan-Balochistan province, and taken to an unknown location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, August 12, 2023), Maulvi Abdullah Barahui, a native of Khash, and Safiullah Sharif, a citizen from Afghanistan, were arrested by Iranian government forces.
According to Halavesh News, Maulvi Abdullah Barahui, the professor of Madina al-Uloom Seminary in Khash City, and Safiullah Sharif, was a student of this seminary.
