Bahareh Ahmadi, the wife of Asad Mohammadi, a Kurdish civil activist from Sanandaj, who was also arrested three weeks ago, was arrested during a raid by Iranian government forces.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, August 12, 2023, Bahareh Ahmadi, a Kurdish citizen from Sanandaj, was arrested at her home located in the Vilashahr neighborhood without being presented with any legal documents.
According to an informed source, Bahareh Ahmadi is suffering from rheumatism and there are serious concerns about her health at the Iranian Government detention detention center.
Asad Mohammadi, a civil activist, and Bahareh Ahmadi's husband, was arrested by Iranian government forces at their home on the evening of Monday, July 24, 2023.
