Zana Parwaneh, Moein Faqehi, and Amanj Khaste, three Kurdish individuals from the cities of Marivan, Javanrud, and Mahabad, have been detained by the government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in recent days.
According to a report received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, August 19th Zana Parwaneh, a resident of Marivan, was detained by government forces.
On the other hand, on Friday, August 18th, Moein Faghehi a young man from Javanrud, aged 25, was detained by government forces. According to sources affiliated with Hengaw, government forces stormed this young man's residence without presenting any judicial warrant and proceeded with his arrest.
Furthermore, on the morning of Wednesday, August 16th, Amanj Khaste, from Gog-Tapeh resided in Mahabad, was detained at his residence by government forces. Hengaw had previously reported that on this day, at least 13 individuals were detained in Mahabad, with the identities of 7 of them confirmed so far.
Zana Parwaneh, Moein Faqehi, and Amanj Khaste have been arbitrarily detained without the presentation of any judicial authorization, and detailed information about the location and conditions following their detention remains uncertain.
