As 83 days have passed since the arrest of Arash Sharifi, a resident of Marivan, by the Iranian government forces, there is no precise information on his conditions.  
 
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, despite two months and 21 days have passed since the arrest of Arash Sharifi, a Kurdish citizen from Tangisar village of Sanandaj and a resident of Marivan, there is still no information about his fate.
 
According to an informed source, 34-year-old Arash Sharifi has not had any meetings with his family members during his detention period and has been denied access to a lawyer.

This source added: The follow-ups of Arash Sharifi's family and relatives have been fruitless and the Iranian government institutions in Marivan refuse to respond. Also, the Iranian Judiciary has not taken any action in determining his bail and the possibility of his temporary release.
 
Earlier, after publishing the news of Arash Sharifi's arrest at his workplace in Marivan, Hengaw wrote that some personal belongings, including his mobile phone, were confiscated by the Iranian government forces.

 Arash Sharifi was arrested on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in Marivan during a raid by several Iranian government forces and was taken to an unknown location.
