Arrest of Four Members of Plaintiff Families by Iranian Government Forces

Armin Rostami, the brother of Aida Rostami, a deceased doctor; Omid Niazi, the brother of Mohsen Niazi, one of the deceased individuals in Dehgolan; along with Moeed Saedi and Rizan Saedi from the plaintiff families, were arrested by Iranian government forces. Additionally, the brother and aunt of Sarina Saedi, a 16-year-old teenager who lost her life during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, were also detained.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Armin Rostami, a member of the plaintiff families and the brother of Aida Rostami, a doctor who tragically lost her life in the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was apprehended by government forces in Tehran.
On that same day, Omid Niazi, the brother of Mohsen Niazi, a young man who lost his life, was abducted by government forces while traveling from Dehgolan to Sanandaj.
Simultaneously, Moeed Saedi and Rizan Saedi, the brother and aunt of Sarina Saedi, a 16-year-old teenager who lost her life during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, were apprehended by government forces in Behesht Mohammadi of Sanandaj (Sane). It is worth noting that both of these detained individuals are under the age of 18.
