Khosrow Fathi, a member of the plaintiff families and the son of Habibollah Fathi, one of the victims of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was apprehended by the intelligence forces of the IRGC in Divandarreh city.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, On the afternoon of Friday, September 15, 2023, Khosrow Fathi, a 40-year-old resident of Divandarreh and the son of Habibollah Fathi, one of the victims of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was apprehended while en route from his workplace to his residence in the city.
According to a reliable source, this member of the plaintiff families has been transferred to the intelligence detention center of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, known as the Shahramfar camp, located in Sanandaj (Sine).
Habibollah Fathi was fatally shot on Saturday, November 19, 2022, during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in Divandarreh by direct gunfire from the repressive government forces.
According to the documents registered in the Statistics and Documents Center of Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, Since the start of this solar year, a total of 82 members of the plaintiff families have been apprehended by government authorities across Iran.
