 Hengaw: The security services of the Islamic Republic of Iran have arrested at least five citizens in the Baneh District of Kurdistan province in Iranian Kurdistan.

 According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Iranian  Intelligence Service in Baneh arrested five Kurdish citizens and transferred them to an unknown location.

Hengaw’s correspondent in Baneh announced the identities of three detainees as Mohammad Karimi, Zahir Khodaei and Basid Haji Jamal, and the identities of the other two citizens have not yet been clarified .

 According to an informed source, intelligence agents arrested Basid and Zahir in front of Razi Hospital and Mohammad at their private home.

As of preparation of this report , the reason or reasons for the arrest of these five citizens and the charges against them by the security services have not been clarified and their whereabouts are unknown.
