 Hengaw : The Iranian security forces simultaneously carried out mass detention of Kurdish citizens in the cities of Bokan , Marivan, and Mahabad in Iranian Kurdistan and Karaj in Iran . 

According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, January 9, 2021, the Iranian intelligence forces in Bokan district of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) Province detained  a female Kurdish  activist identified of "Azima Naseri" and transferred her to an unknown location.

 On the same day, in Marivan district of Kurdistan province , several other citizens were detained  by the Iranian Intelligence forces. 
The identities of two citizens named Karvan Minoyi and Dana Samadi have been clarified for Hengaw so far . 

 On the other hand, the  Iranian intelligence forces in  Sardasht district of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) province arrested three kurdish citizens, two of whom were brothers, Farhad Musaipour, Fereydoun Musaipour and Bahman Yousefzadeh, and transferred them to an unknown location.

 Farhad Musapour is a student and English teacher and Bahman Yousefzadeh is a student at Payame Noor University in Mahabad.

 At the same time, seven Kurdish citizens in the cities of Mahabad and Karaj identified as Darya Talabani, Shapul Khezri, Salar Rahavi, Farzad Samani, Afshin Mammadi, Sirvan Nouri and Sohaib Badrouj were also detained . 

 Sohaib Badrouj is from Marivan and six other citizens are from Mahabad.
