Detention of a Kurdish citizen in Paveh

 Hengaw: A Kurdish citizen from Paveh district  of Kermanshah province in Iranian Kurdistan has been detained by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and transferred to an unknown location.

 According to a report received by Hengaw  Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, November 14, 2020,  the Iranian Intelligence Forces of Paveh district,in Kermanshah province detained a Kurdish citizen identified as Iraj Veisi (39-year-old)and transferred him to an unknown location.

 According to an informed source, despite the fact that 4 days have passed since the detention of Iraj Veisi and the ongoing persecution of this Kurdish citizen's family, his fate is still unknown.

 As of preparation of this report , the reason for detention and the charges against Iraj Veisi by the Iranian security services are still unknown.
