Execution of four prisoners in Isfahan Central Prison

Hengaw: The death sentences of four prisoners from the cities of Kermanshah, Shiraz, Kerman and Zahedan were carried out in Isfahan Central Prison.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on the morning of Sunday, July 18, 2021, the death sentence of four prisoners sentenced to death for drug-related crimes was carried out in Isfahan Central Prison.

The identities of the four prisoners from Isfahan Prison were identified by Ali Bandeh Parvizi, 60, from Shiraz, Javad Karimian from Kermanshah, Nasir Ahmad Baluch from Zahedan, and Mehrdad Golshani from Kerman.

These four prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement in Dastgerd prison in Isfahan yesterday to serve their death sentences.

It is worth mentioning that the prison authorities did not give the deadline for the last visit to Mr. Bandeh Parvizi's family and said that his sentence would not be carried out.

According to Hengaw sources in Isfahan prison, after the appointment of Mohseni Ejei as the head of the judiciary, at least 17 prisoners have been executed in Dastgerd prison in Isfahan in the last two weeks on drug-related crimes, whose their identities have been cleared for Hengaw.
