Hengaw: Omid Shah Mohammadi, a teacher who was arrested after ”teachers nationwide strike”, was sentenced to imprisonment by the Iranian judiciary.

On Thursday, February 14, Omid Shah Mohammadi, a teacher from Divandarreh, was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on charges of "acting against national security."

Omid Shah Mohammadi was arrested by intelligence agents in his home on Monday, November 12, 2018, and was released by the court after 40 days, with a bail of 100 million tomans.

He was arrested on charges of management on teacher's general strike and one day before the strike.
