Hengaw: A citizen from the village of Ney, the functions of Marivan city was sentenced to prison by the Iranian judiciary.

During the past few days, Salman Afra, a young man from the village of Ney, was sentenced to five years in prison by the Iranian judiciary.

”This sentence was imposed to Salman Afra by the Marivan Revolutionary Court on charges of cooperating with the Kurdish opposition parties.” An informed source told Hengaw.

Salman Afra was arrested on November 18, 2018 by the Marivan intelligence forces and released on February 17, 2019, after three months of arrest, with 200 million Tomans on bail.
Three other citizens living in this village were sentenced to 16 years and 6 months imprisonment.
