Prisoner executed in Aligudarz Central Prison

The death sentence of Mohammad-Javad Goudarzi, a Lot prisoner from Aligudarz, was carried out in Aligudarz Central Prison, Lorestan Province. He had been sentenced to death for charges of premeditated murder.

According to reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution took place at dawn on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, in Aligudarz Central Prison.

Mohammad-Javad Goudarzi had been arrested earlier on charges of “premeditated murder” and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
