Following the crackdown by government forces, six citizens from Salas-e Babajani called Arman Babaei, Arman Badiei, Armin Mohammadi, Basir Atabak, Loqman Rahimi, and Amir Rahimi were abducted by these forces after a severe physical confrontation.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, early on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, government forces abducted each of Arman Babaei, Arman Badiei, Armin Mohammadi, Basir Atabak, Loqman Rahimi, and Amir Rahimi in Salas-e Babajani.

According to what Hengaw has received, the government forces raided the houses of these citizens and abducted them after intimidating and beating them.

There is no information about the fate of the abductees or their whereabouts.

Based on the statistics registered in the Statistics and Documentation Center of the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, over the past two months, more than 5,000 Kurdish citizens have been arrested by the government institutions of the Islamic Republic, and till now, the identity of more than 1,200 of them has been verified for Hengaw.
