As the anniversary of the Jin, Jiyan, -Azadi movement approaches, the pressure on the families of the deceased protesters has been intensified by the Iranian government institutions. During the last two days at least six members of these families have been arrested by the Iranian government forces.
 

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights,  before noon on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Nasrin Alizadeh Khansari, sister of Shirin Alizadeh Khansari, was arrested in her home during a raid by Iranian government forces. Shirin Alizadeh Khansari, a native of Isfahan, was shot dead by agents on the way from Tankabon to Chalus on September 22, 2022, in front of the Basij base.
 

On this Wednesday morning, Mahsa Yazdani, the mother of Mohammad Javad Zahedi, a 20-year-old victim of the protests in Sari, was also arrested by Iranian government forces.
 

The day before that, Tuesday, August 22, 2023, Mashallah Karmi and Dayeh Manijeh, the parents of Mohammad Mahdi Karmi (Kumar), a 22-year-old Kurdish man from Bijar who was arrested during the Karaj protests and later executed, were also arrested. The Iranian government forces confiscated Mr. Kerami's personal belongings and broke the plaques and medals of Mohammad Mahdi's championships. Also, Mashallah Kerami's user account on the "X" social network has been disabled.
 

On the same day, Sharmin Habibi, the mother of a seven-year-old child and the wife of Fereydoun Mahmoudi, one of the victims of the Jin, Jiyan, Azadi movement last year in Saqqez, was arrested by Iranian government forces and taken to an unknown location.
 

Also, in the early afternoon of Tuesday, 15-year-old Faramarz Brahoui and the brother of Ismail Brahoui, one of the victims of Bloody Friday of Zahedan (September 30, 2022) were arrested by the Iranian government forces in Torbat Heydarieh, Razavi Khorasan province. 
 

So far, there is no precise information about the fate of Nasrin Alizadeh Khansari, Mehsa Yazdani, Mashallah Karmi and his wife, Dayeh Manijeh, Shermin Habibi, and Farmarez Brahoui, as well as the location and conditions of their detention.
