Detention of Four Baloch Individuals by Iranian Security Forces

At least four Baloch individuals—Amin Dahani, Nazar Mohammad Dahani, Salman Dahani, and Vahid Dahani—were violently detained by the intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Monday, April 15, 2024, numerous IRGC intelligence forces raided villages on the outskirts of Parud district in Rask county, Sistan and Baluchestan province, and detained several individuals. The identities of four individuals, including two brothers named Nazar Mohammad and Amin Dahani, their nephew Salman Dahani, and another individual named Vahid Dahani, have been confirmed.
The Baloch Activists Campaign reports that IRGC intelligence forces surrounded the mentioned village, raided residents’ homes, and subsequently arrested several individuals.
As of the time of this report, precise information regarding the reasons for the arrests, the charges brought against them along with their whereabouts and custodial status of the detained individuals remains unknown.
