19-Year-Old Kolbar Killed by Direct Fire from Iranian Border Regiment Forces

A 19-year-old Kolbar from Sardasht, identified as Sina Rasulzadeh, was killed by direct fire from Iranian border regiment forces while transporting goods across the border heights of Baneh City, Kurdistan (Sanandaj) Province.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, border regiment forces stationed at the Sartazin border in Baneh fired upon a group of Kolbars on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Sina Rasulzadeh, one of the Kolbars, was fatally shot.
Sina Rasulzadeh, a resident of the village of Nalas in the district of Sardasht, was killed at close range with a Kalashnikov rifle by the border regiment forces.
Informed sources have reported that Sina Rasulzadeh's body was transported to Salah Aldin Hospital in Baneh.
