Kurdish man in Naqadeh arrested by security forces

A Kurdish man from the city of Naqadeh, identified as Afshin Mostafipour, has been arrested by the Islamic Republic of Iran's security forces.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, January 25, 2025, Afshin Mostafipour, a 45-year-old father of three, was arrested after being summoned to the Intelligence Department.

Hengaw has learned that following his summoning and subsequent arrest at the Intelligence Department in Naqadeh, Mostafipour was transferred to the central prison of the city.
