Fakhraddin Taheri arrested by Intelligence Forces in Piranshahr

Fakhraddin Taheri, a young Kurdish man from Piranshahr, was forcibly arrested by the city's Intelligence Department forces and taken to an undisclosed location.

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, March 8, 2025, forces from the Intelligence Department in Piranshahr raided the family home of 24-year-old Fakhraddin Taheri and arrested him.

A well-informed source stated that the mentioned forces stormed the residence without presenting any judicial warrant and broke the doors and windows of the house.
