Hamed Badr-Abadi executed in Malayer central prison

The execution of Hamed Badr-Abadi, previously sentenced to death on the charge of “premeditated murder,” has been carried out in Malayer Central Prison, Hamadan Province.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Badr-Abadi, a Lor from Malayer, was executed at dawn on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Sources stated that he had been arrested for the killing of his half-brother and sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He was transferred to solitary confinement the day before the execution.

Iranian state media, including outlets close to the judiciary, had not announced his execution.
