Six prisoners, including a woman, executed in the Iranian prisons

The death sentences of six prisoners, including one woman, were carried out in the prisons of Kermanshah, Kerman, Mashhad, and Kashan. These individuals had previously been sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary on charges of premeditated murder and drug-related offenses.
According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Thursday, October 30, 2025, the execution of Saeed Piri, a Kurdish prisoner from Kermanshah, was carried out in the city’s central prison. He had been arrested on charges of murder and later sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
Meanwhile, at dawn on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, Ahmadreza Sharifi was executed in Kerman Central Prison on similar murder charges.
On the same day, the death sentences of two prisoners, including a woman identified as Katayoun Shamsi and a man named Saman Daliri, both convicted of murder, were carried out in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.
Separately, on the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025, Samad Aghahosseini, aged 32 and from Kashan, was executed in Kashan Prison. He had been arrested four years earlier on drug-related charges, accused of possessing 70 kilograms of methamphetamine and heroin, and sentenced to death.
Earlier, at dawn on Thursday, October 22, 2025, Peyman Rostami, a Kurdish prisoner from Kermanshah, was executed in Dizelabad Prison in the same city after being convicted of murder.
None of these executions have been announced by Iranian state media or judiciary-affiliated outlets.
