Authorities executed three prisoners in Kermanshah, Sabzevar and Malayer

Iranian authorities have executed three prisoners, Qasem Sajadi, Reza Saqaei and Sobhan Najafi, in the prisons of Kermanshah (Kermashan), Sabzevar and Malayer after convicting them on charges of premeditated murder and drug-related offenses.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the death sentence of Qasem Sajadi, a 27-year-old Kurdish man from Kermanshah, was carried out at dawn on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the city’s central prison (Dizelabad). Sajadi had been arrested four years earlier on drug-related charges and later sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.

In a separate case, at dawn on Monday, October 6, Reza Saqaei, who had also been convicted on drug-related charges, was executed in Sabzevar Central Prison in Razavi Khorasan Province.

On Sunday, October 5, Sobhan Najafi, a Lor prisoner convicted of murder, was executed in Malayer Central Prison in Hamadan Province.

Iranian state media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary, have not reported these executions.
