Seven Kurds arrested in Saqqez by the Intelligence Department

Iranian intelligence forces have arrested seven Kurds from Saqqez, identified as Mansour Soltani, Mahmoud Amani, Khalil Shabani, Mehdi Majidi, Fardin Salehi, Farzad Rahimzadeh, and Zahed Moradi. Their whereabouts remain unknown.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the arrests took place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, when agents of the Intelligence Department detained the group in Saqqez. Since then, no details have been provided about their whereabouts or legal status.

The arrests were carried out without a warrant, and the authorities have not disclosed any information about the reasons for the detentions or the charges against them.
