Four Kurds arrested in Sanandaj and Divandarreh by intelligence forces

Four Kurdish men — Farshid Mansouri, Fouad Moradi, and Behnam Nouri from Sanandaj (Sine), and Kaveh Abdi from Divandarreh — have been arrested by agents of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and transferred to an undisclosed location.

According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Farshid Mansouri, aged 36, a father of a young child and a resident of the Abbasabad neighborhood of Sanandaj, was detained at his home by intelligence agents.

Earlier, on Monday, November 10, 2025, Behnam Nouri, a resident of Qolian village near Sanandaj, and Kaveh Abdi, aged 35, from Divandarreh, were also arrested. Around the same time, Fouad Moradi, a married man and father of one child from Sanandaj, was taken from his family home by security forces.

According to informed sources, Behnam Nouri, a street tea vendor, was arrested at his home, while Kaveh Abdi, a civil engineer, was detained on his way home from work, traveling from Dehgolan (Dewlan) to Divandarreh.

No information has been released regarding the reasons for their arrests or their current whereabouts.
