Four prisoners executed across four Iranian provinces

Iranian authorities executed four prisoners in Qom, Ahvaz, Shahr-e Kord and Bandar Abbas on Monday, December 1, 2025. The individuals were identified as Nourkhoda Karami, Tayeb Minayi, Javad Souri and Parsa Abdi, who had previously been sentenced to death on charges of “premeditated murder” or “drug-related offences” by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Karami was executed at dawn in Qom Central Prison after being arrested on charges related to “drug-related offences” and later sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Minayi, an Arab prisoner who had been sentenced to death on the charge of “premeditated murder”, was executed in Ahvaz Central Prison.
Souri, a Lor prisoner previously arrested on the charge of “premeditated murder” and later sentenced to death, was executed in Shahr-e Kord Central Prison.
Abdi, who had been sentenced to death on charges related to “drug-related offences”, was executed in Bandar Abbas Central Prison.
State media, particularly outlets affiliated with the Iranian judiciary, did not report the executions of these four prisoners.
