Hengaw : The fate of a Kurdish citizen from Shut district of West Azerbaijan
Hengaw : The fate of a Kurdish citizen from Shut district of West Azerbaijan ( Urmia) province who was arrested by Iranian security forces about two weeks ago is still unknown.
According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, two weeks after the arrest of a Kurdish citizen from the city of Shut, identified as "Mohammad Arga" by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps forces and no information is available about his fate and whereabouts.
Mohammad Arga was arrested by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps forces on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at the same time as the killing of a 40-year-old man from Mako, identified as "Ahmad Arsen", and his family's efforts over the past two weeks to find out his fate were fruitless.
16 -year-old Shahram Arsen, Ahmad's niece, and another citizen identified as "Ali" were arrested by IRGC intelligence force on the same day, and Shahram was released on bail a week later.
Ahmed Arsan, a young man from Mako, was shot dead by IRGC intelligence forces on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party. After a few days, the IRGC forced them to hold a funeral without delivering the body to his family.
