At least 50 detainees from the recent Piranshahr uprisings are still being held in Naghadeh prison under the pressure of security agencies, and their temporary release is being denied.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the prosecutor in Piranshahr refuses to accept bail for the temporary release of these 50 persons in accordance with the direction of the city's head of intelligence.

The names of these detainees are as follows:

Jamal Alizadeh, Bapir Barzeh, Mohammad Arshad, Hasil Qadu, Fereydoun Nabi, Kaiwan Nabi, Mohammad Esmaili, Ardalan Chwdar, Mobin Ahmadi, Hemin Armand, Siamand Azizi, Zana Khoshaman, Jafar Abbasi, Siamand Azizi, Ismail Khezri, Soran Khezri, Jwtyar Ashrafzadeh, Dawd Rasouldara, Fakhreddin Diler, Rahman Rahmanzadeh, Nasser Daleh, Ayoub Esmaili, Mostafa Saghri, Kamal Hashemi, Jalal Tabak, Koresh Intezari, Khosrou Hedayatnejad, Salah Mohammadi, Yaser Rasouli, Soran Khezri, Shawaneh Burkeh, Mohammad Sohrabi, Murad Raskhi, Khaliq Hoshiar, Yunis Shawkat, Qadir Paknahad, Khezr Mohammadi, Mohammad Sheikhali, Hoshmand Bidkham, Kaveh Mawludi, Saeed Khezrzadeh, Sanan Lahijani, Saber Khanpayeh, Hadi Bahmanyar, Kamiyar Ghorkhchi, Sherzad Azarbarzin, Mostafa Ghanipour, Shahram Zinali, Mohammad Mohammadi Asl and Zana Mohammadi.

These individuals were unlawfully detained by Iranian government forces during the Piranshahr uprisings, and after being held in detention facilities in Urmia and Piranshahr for some time, they were relocated to Naghadeh prison without any valid or legal reason, where they remain now under unfavorable conditions.
