After four months in detention, the fate of Amin Davari is still unknown

Amin Davari, from Dehloran city in Ilam province, is spending the fourth month of his detention, and no detailed information about his health or condition of his detention has been made available.

This citizen's whereabouts are unknown, and according to the information that the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights received, he was denied the right to see his family during his detention and interrogation as well as the opportunity to consult with a lawyer.

Amin Davari, 23, from Dehlran, was kidnapped by government forces on Wednesday, September 21, 2023.

According to the reports, government institutions utilize pressure tactics against detained citizens by denying them access to a lawyer, preventing them from meeting in person, and preventing them from calling their families.
