The arrest order of Idris Minbari, a civil rights activist, Kurdish language teacher, and board member of the Nozhin Social Cultural Association, has been extended by the Sanandaj Intelligence Department.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the detention period of this civil rights activist from Sanandaj, who spent nearly a month in the intelligence detention center of this city, has been extended once again for 15 days.
Hengaw has been informed that Idris Minbari told the interrogators of the intelligence department that he is only willing to answer their questions in Kurdish and that he is not willing to speak to the interrogators in Persian.
Idris Minbari, a civil rights activist and member of the board of directors of the Sanandaj Nozhin Social Cultural Association, was kidnapped by government forces on Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2022, and is still being held in the Sanandaj's Intelligence Detention Center.
It should be mentioned that this civil rights activist was also arrested on Thursday, May 23, 2019, by the intelligence department forces in Sanandaj, along with two other members of the Nozhin Association.
