Two brothers from Marivan, Kamal Kiyani and Omar Kiyani, as well as their nephew Aram Kiyani, were kidnapped by the forces of the Intelligence Department within a month.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Kamal Kiyani, 33 years old, was abducted by the forces of the intelligence department in front of Fajr Hospital in Marivan on the evening of Tuesday, December 20, 2023.
Also, the brother of this citizen, Omar Kiyani, 41, was abducted by these forces at his home on Monday, January 16, 2023, in the village of Sufi Baleh in Marivan.
On the same day, 29-year-old Aram Kiyani, the nephew of Kamal and Omar Kiyani, was abducted by the forces of the Intelligence Department in the town of Saadi in Marivan.
Authorities have put pressure on these citizens' families to withhold information about their abduction.
So far, the follow-up on the situation of these three citizens has been futile, and no detailed information has been made available about the charges against them or the conditions of their detention.
