A 19-year-old Kurdish citizen from Bukan named Mohsen Seyed Azizi was kidnapped by Iranian government forces.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on February 9, 2023, Mohsen Seyed Azizi, 19 years old and from Bukan, was kidnapped by Iranian government forces.
According to Hengaw’s sources, after being kidnapped by the Iranian government forces, this citizen was transferred to the detention center of the security institutions in Urmia.
The follow-ups on this citizen's condition by the family have not resulted in anything, and there is no detailed information about his health condition.
