Ruhollah Heydari, Javad Heydari's brother, a citizen who was killed by the government forces during the popular resistance in Qazvin, was arrested by the government forces and taken to an unknown place.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Ruhollah Heydari from Qazvin, was arrested by government forces on Monday, April 3, 2023. Fatemeh Heydari has confirmed the news of her brother's arrest in a tweet.
Ruhollah Heydari is the fourth member of Javad Heydari's family to be arrested by government forces. Earlier, Fatemeh Heydari, their sister, was fired.
So far, no information is available about the reasons for the arrest of Ruhollah Heydari and the location and conditions of his detention in government institutions.
Javad Heydari, 36 and from Qazvin, was targeted by government forces' direct fire during the protests of the people of this city on September 22, 2022, and was killed.
