More than five months since Osman Mameh was kidnapped by the Iranian government forces, the concern about the forced disappearance of this citizen from Bukan has increased.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Osman Mame, 55 years old Kurdish citizen from Bukan, has been kidnapped by the Iranian government forces for more than five months and no information about his fate and whereabouts has been made available.
According to a source close to Osman Mame's family, despite the continuous follow-up of the relatives, until this moment the Iranian government institutions have refused to provide a clear answer about the situation of this kidnapped citizen, and this has led to their great concern.
Authorities and officials, as long as they refuse to disclose the fate or whereabouts of Osman Mame; They are committing "enforced disappearance", which is considered a crime under international law.
